    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (302038) 
    2  
    3         Delete line 314
    4  and insert:
    5         points against the license of the person cited. An
    6  affirmation indicating compliance with s. 316.075(3) must
    7  accompany the notice of violation and a traffic citation. Such
    8  affirmation is admissible in any proceeding to enforce this
    9  section and raises a rebuttable presumption that the traffic
   10  control signal device meets the requirements of s. 316.075(3).
