       Senator Latvala moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (302038) 
    2  
    3         In title, delete line 3825
    4  and insert:
    5         amending s. 479.16, F.S.; exempting signs erected
    6         under the local tourist-oriented commerce signs pilot
    7         program from certain permit requirements; exempting
    8         certain temporary signs for farm operations from
    9         permit requirements; exempting certain signs promoting
   10         sponsors of events at certain professional sport and
   11         entertainment venues from permit requirements;
   12         creating s. 479.263, F.S.; creating the tourist
   13         oriented commerce signs pilot program; exempting
   14         commercial signs that meet certain criteria from
   15         permit requirements; providing for future expiration
   16         of the pilot program;
