       The Committee on Health Regulation (Garcia) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 1102 - 1682
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 10. Section 893.055, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
    6         Section 11. Section 893.0551, Florida Statutes, is
    7  repealed.

   10         And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Delete lines 72 - 127
   12  and insert:
   13         repealing s. 893.055, F.S., relating to the
   14         prescription drug monitoring program; repealing
   15         s. 893.0551, F.S., relating to the public records
   16         exemption for the prescription drug monitoring
   17         program; providing an effective
