       The Committee on Budget (Lynn) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 39 - 41
    4  and insert:
    5  period. For the information identified in subparagraphs 1., 2.,
    6  and 4., the department must provide such information within 45
    7  days after a request by an eligible nonprofit scholarship
    8  funding organization. For the information identified in
    9  subparagraph 3., the department shall first request the
   10  taxpayer’s consent to the release of the information and grant
   11  the taxpayer a 45-day notice period to object to the release of
   12  the information. Information pertaining to a taxpayer that
   13  objects to the release of the information may not be released.
   14  After the 45-day notice period, the department shall release the
   15  information relating to any taxpayer that did not object. The
