       The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Hays) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 16 - 45
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 1. Subsection (6) of section 627.64872, Florida
    6  Statutes, is repealed.

    9         And the title is amended as follows:
   10         Delete lines 3 - 7
   11  and insert:
   12         provisions; repealing s. 627.64872(6), F.S., relating
   13         to a requirement that the board of directors of the
   14         Florida Health Insurance Plan annually report to the
   15         Governor and the Legislature; amending s. 627.6699,
   16         F.S.;
