       The Committee on Regulated Industries (Altman) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 22 and 23
    4  insert:
    5         Section 2. Section 386.209, Florida Statutes, is amended to
    6  read:
    7         386.209 Regulation of smoking preempted to state.—Except as
    8  provided in s. 386.212, this This part expressly preempts
    9  regulation of smoking to the state and supersedes any municipal
   10  or county ordinance on the subject.

   14         Delete line 7
   15  and insert:
