       The Committee on Judiciary (Flores) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 210 - 215
    4  and insert:
    5         (g) The seller or lessor will receive fair market value for
    6  the assets, or if the sale or lease represents less than fair
    7  market value, why the public interest will be served by
    8  accepting less than fair market value.
    9         (h) The acquiring entity has made an enforceable commitment
   10  that existing programs and services and quality health care will
   11  continue to be provided to all residents of the affected
   12  community, particularly to the indigent, the uninsured, and the
   13  underinsured.
