       The Committee on Judiciary (Simmons) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Substitute for Amendment (897356) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 168 - 172
    4  and insert:
    5         (9) Upon the filing of a petition for approval, the court
    6  shall issue an order requiring all interested parties within the
    7  circuit where the petition is filed and show cause why the
    8  petition should not be granted. For purposes of this section,
    9  the term "all interested parties" is the state attorney on
   10  behalf of the tax payers of the county, district, or
   11  municipality, which support the hospital.
