       The Committee on Environmental Preservation and Conservation
       (Latvala) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 173
    4  and insert:
    5  other nonpotable uses that may be met by reclaimed water. This
    6  subsection does not affect the authority of a water management
    7  district to consider the feasibility of using reclaimed water in
    8  any permit application for the agricultural use of water.
