       The Committee on Community Affairs (Bennett) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (292084) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Delete lines 271 - 276
    5  and insert:
    6         under s. 538.19 pursuant to subsection (4). However,
    7  regulated metals may be purchased from a nonfixed location, or
    8  from such person, with any negotiable or nonnegotiable
    9  instrument, including a check or draft or any other type of
   10  instrument purchased with money and sold for the purpose of
   11  making payments or transfers to others.
