       The Committee on Commerce and Tourism (Ring) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 192
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 2. The Department of Revenue is authorized and all
    6  conditions are deemed met, to adopt emergency rules pursuant to
    7  ss. 120.536(1) and 120.54, Florida Statutes, to administer the
    8  provisions of this act. The emergency rules shall remain in
    9  effect for 6 months after the rules are adopted and the rules
   10  may be renewed during the pendency of procedures to adopt
   11  permanent rules addressing the subject of the emergency rules.
   12         Section 3. This act shall take effect January 1, 2012.

   15         And the title is amended as follows:
   16         Delete line 30
   17  and insert:
   18         limitation; authorizing the Department of Revenue to
   19         adopt emergency rules to administer the act; providing
   20         an effective date.
