       The Committee on Budget Subcommittee on Finance and Tax (Sachs)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 390 - 393
    4  and insert:
    5  A greyhound permitholder situated in an area described in
    6  subsection (6) which accepts intertrack wagers on live greyhound
    7  signals is not required to obtain the written consent required
    8  by this subsection from any operating greyhound permitholder
    9  within its market area.
