       The Committee on Budget Subcommittee on Finance and Tax (Altman)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (231646) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete line 18
    5  and insert:
    6  simulcasts, intertrack wagering, cardroom games, or jai alai, up
    7  to the maximum of 100 days for dogracing facilities. This tax
    8  may be levied on simulcasts, intertrack wagering, or cardroom
    9  games only to the extent that the facility does not have an
   10  existing agreement with the municipality.

   13         And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Delete line 30
   15  and insert:
   16         intertrack wagering, or cardroom games if the facility
   17         does not have an existing agreement with the
   18         municipality;
