       The Committee on Regulated Industries (Sachs) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 384 - 389
    4  and insert:
    5  (4) In no event shall any intertrack wager be accepted on the
    6  same class of live races or games of any permitholder without
    7  the written consent of such operating permitholders conducting
    8  the same class of live races or games if the guest track is
    9  within the market area of such operating permitholder. The
   10  written consent required by this subsection shall not be
   11  required for greyhound permitholders that accept intertrack
   12  wagers on live greyhound signals.
