       The Committee on Regulated Industries (Sachs) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Substitute for Amendment (603192) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 384 - 389
    4  and insert:
    5         (4) In no event shall any intertrack wager be accepted on
    6  the same class of live races or games of any permitholder
    7  without the written consent of such operating permitholders
    8  conducting the same class of live races or games if the guest
    9  track is within the market area of such operating permitholder.
   10  A greyhound permitholder that accepts intertrack wagers on live
   11  greyhound signals shall not be required to obtain the written
   12  consent required by this subsection from any operating greyhound
   13  permitholder within its market area.
