       Senator Montford moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (360016) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Between lines 662 and 663
    5  insert:
    6         Section 9. Subsection (2) of section 550.375, Florida
    7  Statutes, is amended to read:
    8         550.375 Operation of certain harness tracks.—
    9         (2) Any permittee or licensee authorized under this section
   10  to transfer the location of its permit may conduct harness
   11  racing only between the hours of 1 7 p.m. and 2 a.m. A permit so
   12  transferred applies only to the locations provided in this
   13  section. The provisions of this chapter which prohibit the
   14  location and operation of a licensed harness track permittee and
   15  licensee within 100 air miles of the location of a racetrack
   16  authorized to conduct racing under this chapter and which
   17  prohibit the division from granting any permit to a harness
   18  track at a location in the area in which there are three horse
   19  tracks located within 100 air miles thereof do not apply to a
   20  licensed harness track that is required by the terms of this
   21  section to race between the hours of 1 7 p.m. and 2 a.m.

   26  and insert:
   27         revocation, suspension, or escheatment of permit;
   28         amending s. 550.375, F.S.; revising provisions
