    4  insert:
    5         (f) All online courses must be in accessible formats for
    6  students with disabilities, including, but not limited to, the
    7  visually impaired, learning disabled, and physically disabled.
    8  Accessible formats include virtual courses compatible with
    9  assistive technology products and assistive listening systems.
