       Senator Sobel moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 345 - 368
    4  and insert:
    5         (d) A school district may require up to two of the virtual
    6  school’s governing board members to reside in the school
    7  district in which the charter school is located. Each charter
    8  school’s governing board must annually hold at least three
    9  public meetings in the school district. Such meetings must be
   10  open and accessible to the public, and attendees must be
   11  provided an opportunity to receive information and provide input
   12  regarding the charter school’s affairs. A quorum of the
   13  governing board members must be physically present at each
   14  meeting.

   17         And the title is amended as follows:
   18         Delete lines 12 - 15
   19  and insert:
   20         blended learning courses; providing certain residency,
   21         meeting, and quorum requirements for the governing
   22         board; providing
