       The Committee on Children, Families, and Elder Affairs (Detert)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 1866
    4  and insert:
    5  	Section 69. This act shall take effect upon the earlier of
    6  90 days following Congress amending 42 U.S.C. s. 666(f) to allow
    7  or require states to adopt the 2008 version of the Uniform
    8  Interstate Family Support Act, or 90 days following the state
    9  obtaining a waiver of its state plan requirement under Title IV
   10  D of the Social Security Act.
