       The Committee on Commerce and Tourism (Lynn) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete line 8
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 1. Sections 817.559 and 817.56, Florida Statutes,
    6  are repealed.

    9         And the title is amended as follows:
   10         Delete lines 3 - 4
   11  and insert:
   12         s. 817.559, F.S., and s. 817.56, F.S., relating to
   13         television picture tubes; providing an effective date.
