       Senators Wise and Montford moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 1541
    4  and insert:
    5  intent before services are provided to the student, and the
    6  assessment is not deemed unreliable or invalid by the department
    7  as a means to measure the effectiveness of the provider. The
    8  department may use the results for such assessment in awarding a
    9  provider’s service designation.
