       Senator Dean moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 423
    4  and insert:
    5  requirements specified in s. 381.0065(4)(g). The local ordinance
    6  may also provide for an exemption or an extension of time to
    7  obtain an evaluation and assessment where sewer service is
    8  available, connection is imminent, and written arrangements for
    9  payment of any utility assessments or connection fees have been
   10  made by a septic tank owner.
