       Senator Dean moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 423
    4  and insert:
    5  requirements of chapter 513. The local ordinance may also
    6  provide for an exemption or an extension of time to obtain an
    7  evaluation and assessment where sewer service is available,
    8  connection is imminent, and written arrangements for payment of
    9  any utility assessments or connection fees have been made by a
   10  septic tank owner.
