       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (369170) 
    2  
    3         Between lines 297 and 298
    4  insert:
    5  Absent an interlocal agreement or county charter provision to
    6  the contrary, a municipality may elect to opt out of the
    7  requirements of this subsection notwithstanding the decision of
    8  the county in which it is located.
