       Senator Dean moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 565 and 566
    4  insert:
    5         (5) The Department of Health may not adopt any rule that
    6  alters or has the effect of altering the onsite sewage treatment
    7  and disposal system evaluation and assessment program as set
    8  forth in this section.

   11         And the title is amended as follows:
   12         Delete line 50
   13  and insert:
   14         county or municipality upon request; prohibiting the
   15         Department of Health from adopting any rule that
   16         alters the effect of the onsite sewage treatment and
   17         disposal system evaluation and assessment program;
   18         repealing s.
