       The Committee on Budget (Altman) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 385 - 390
    4  and insert:
    5         (1) Residency or detention in a facility, whether public or
    6  private, when residence or detention is incidental to the
    7  provision of medical, geriatric, educational, counseling,
    8  religious, or similar services. For residents of a facility
    9  licensed under part II of chapter 400, the provisions of s.
   10  400.0255 are the exclusive procedures for all transfers and
   11  discharges.
