       Senator Bennett moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (106136) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 3518 and 3519
    5  insert:
    6         Section 95. Subsection (30) is added to section 499.005,
    7  Florida Statutes, to read:
    8         499.005 Prohibited acts.—It is unlawful for a person to
    9  perform or cause the performance of any of the following acts in
   10  this state:
   11         (30) The sale, purchase, manufacture, delivery,
   12  importation, administration, or distribution of any human
   13  vaccine used for children younger than age 7 or pregnant women
   14  which contain any organic or inorganic mercury compound in
   15  excess of 0.3 microgram per milliliter.
