       The Committee on Health Regulation (Latvala) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)
    2  
    3         Between lines 1129 and 1130
    4  insert:
    5         (3) A facility may charge a reasonable fee for copying a
    6  resident’s records. Such fee may not exceed $1 per page for the
    7  first 25 pages and 25 cents per page for each page in excess of
    8  25 pages.

   11         And the directory clause is amended as follows:
   12         Delete lines 934 - 938
   13  and insert:
   14         Section 27. Paragraphs (o) through (w) of subsection (1) of
   15  section 400.141, Florida Statutes, are redesignated as
   16  paragraphs (n) through (u), respectively, present paragraphs
   17  (f), (g), (j), (n), (o), and (r) of that subsection are amended,
   18  and subsection (3) is added to that section to read:
