       The Committee on Budget (Montford) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 3879 - 3880
    4  and insert:
    5         (j) A payment by an assisted living facility, as defined in
    6  s. 429.02, or an agreement for or a solicitation, offer, or
    7  receipt of such payment by a referral service, which is
    8  permitted under s. 429.195(3).
