Section 627.6011, Florida Statutes, is created 6 to read: 7 627.6011 Mandated coverages.—Mandatory health benefits 8 regulated by this chapter which must be covered by an insurer 9 are intended to apply only to the types of health benefit plans 10 defined in s. 627.6699(3)(k), issued in any market, unless 11 specifically designated.
