       Senator Bennett moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)
    2  
    3         Between lines 4032 and 4033
    4  insert:
    5         (30)The sale, purchase, manufacture, delivery,
    6  importation, administration, or distribution of any human
    7  vaccine used for children younger than age 7 which contains any
    8  organic or inorganic mercury compound in excess of 0.1 microgram
    9  per milliliter.

   12         And the directory clause is amended as follows:
   13         Delete lines 4019 - 4020
   14  and insert:
   15         Section 105. Subsection (21) of section 499.005, Florida
   16  Statutes, is amended, and subsection (30) is added to that
   17  section to read:

   20         And the title is amended as follows:
   21         Delete line 365
   22  and insert:
   23         organization, to conform to changes made by the act;

   27         mercury compounds in excess of a specified amount;
