       (Bogdanoff) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Between lines 123 and 124
    4  insert:
    5         (g) Providing for the collection of a service fee to fund
    6  the operations and activities of the clearinghouse which shall
    7  not exceed 0.3 percent of the gross premium on transactions
    8  processed by the clearinghouse.
