       Senator Rich moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 1136 - 1140
    4  and insert:
    5         (a) Purpose.—This program is designed for young adults who
    6  are 18 years of age but are not yet 23 years of age, have
    7  graduated from high school, have been accepted into a college, a
    8  Florida College System instruction, or a vocational school, and
    9  need minimal support from the state other than the financial
   10  resources to attend college.
