       Senator Rich moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 975
    4  and insert:
    5  from remaining in care longer. The provision of services under
    6  this subsection are intended to supplement, not supplant,
    7  services available under any other program for which the young
    8  adult is eligible, including, but not limited to, Medicaid
    9  waiver services, vocational rehabilitation programs, or school
   10  system programs. For purposes of this section, the term “child”
   11  means an individual who has not attained 21 years of age, and
   12  the term “young adult” means a child who has attained 18 years
   13  of age but who has not attained 21 years of age.
