    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to distilled spirits; amending s.
    3         565.07, F.S.; providing that certain high-proof
    4         distilled spirits may be distilled, bottled, packaged,
    5         or processed for export or sale outside the state;
    6         providing an effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. Section 565.07, Florida Statutes, is amended to
   11  read:
   12         565.07 Sale or consumption of certain distilled spirits
   13  prohibited.—A No distilled spirit greater than 153 proof may not
   14  shall be sold, processed, or consumed in the state. However, a
   15  distilled spirit greater than 153 proof may be distilled,
   16  bottled, packaged, or processed for export or sale outside the
   17  state.
   18         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2011.
