       The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Bogdanoff) recommended
       the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (552780) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 177 - 182
    4  and insert:
    5         (b) Two state attorneys, one of whom shall be appointed by
    6  the Chief Financial Officer and one of whom shall be appointed
    7  by the Attorney General.
    8         (c) Two representatives of motor vehicle insurers appointed
    9  by the Chief Financial Officer.
   10         (d) Two representatives of local law enforcement agencies,
   11  both of whom shall be appointed by the Chief Financial Officer.
