       The Committee on Budget (Bogdanoff) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 3792
    4  and insert:
    5  percent of revenue. For recipients with serious mental
    6  illnesses, such quality measures must include the incidence of
    7  serious side effects attributable to antipsychotic prescription
    8  drugs, such as substantial weight gain, adherence to prescribed
    9  antipsychotic prescription drugs, and access to generic and name
   10  brand atypical class antipsychotic prescription drugs.
