    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (397808) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 8 - 10
    5  and insert:
    6  substitution for the statewide inpatient psychiatric program and
    7  similar residential care and institutional services. The

   10         And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Delete lines 16 - 17
   12  and insert:
   13         F.S.; providing for alternatives to the statewide
   14         inpatient psychiatric program; requiring Medicaid-
