       Senator Negron moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 5040 - 5051
    4  and insert:
    5  	(b) The term “fiscal intermediary services organization”
    6  means a person or entity that performs fiduciary or fiscal
    7  intermediary services to health care professionals who contract
    8  with health maintenance organizations or qualified plans
    9  authorized under part IV of chapter 409. The term does not
   10  include other than a hospital licensed under chapter 395, an
   11  insurer licensed under chapter 624, a third-party administrator
   12  licensed under chapter 626, a prepaid limited health service
   13  organization licensed under chapter 636, a health maintenance
   14  organization licensed under this chapter, a qualified plan
   15  authorized under part IV of chapter 409, or a physician group
   16  practice as defined in s. 456.053(3)(h) that which provides
   17  services under the scope of licenses of the members of the group
   18  practice.
