       The Committee on Budget (Negron) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 3753 and 3754
    4  insert:
    5         (n) Fiscal intermediary services.—If a qualified plan
    6  contracts for fiscal intermediary services as defined in s.
    7  641.316(1), the plan shall contract only with a fiscal
    8  intermediary services organization registered with the Office of
    9  Insurance Regulation as required under s. 641.316(6). All
   10  noncapitated payments to a health care provider by a fiscal
   11  intermediary services organization under contract with a
   12  qualified plan must include an explanation of benefits for which
   13  payment is being made and include, at a minimum, the enrollee’s
   14  name, the date of service, the procedure code, the amount of
   15  reimbursement, and the identification of the qualified plan on
   16  whose behalf the payment is being made.
