       Senator Negron moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 2670 - 2674
    4  and insert:
    5  	(c) The agency shall is authorized to competitively procure
    6  transportation services and shall seek or make other changes
    7  necessary to secure and maintain approval of federal waivers
    8  needed to permit federal financing of Medicaid transportation
    9  services at the service matching rate rather than the
   10  administrative matching rate.
