       The Committee on Health Regulation (Fasano) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 4146 and 4147
    4  insert:
    5         (3) Plans participating in the managed long-term care
    6  component must offer consumer-directed care as established in s.
    7  409.221 to their eligible enrollees. Payments under the
    8  consumer-directed care program may be used as payment in full or
    9  in part for services specified in s. 409.221 and for nursing
   10  facility services.
