On Page: 280             Provides up to $750,000 from the Hotel and 
                         Restaurant Trust Fund be transferred to the Office 
Spec App: 2134           of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development to 
                         continue the marketing campaign to promote tourism 
                         related to the aftermath of the Deepwater Horizon 
                         Oil Spill.

Following Specific Appropriation 2134, INSERT:

From the funds provided in Specific Appropriation 2134, up to $750,000 
from the Hotel and Restaurant Trust Fund shall be transferred to the 
Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development to fund a contract 
with the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association, Inc., a Florida 
non-profit corporation, to continue the multi-media marketing campaign 
begun in 2010 in the aftermath of the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill. This 
campaign shall be conducted throughout the state and the southeastern 
United States, pursuant to a plan approved and monitored by the office,  
for the purpose of promoting tourism in those areas of the state 
affected by the oil spill or the damaging public perception stemming 
from that event.
