Section: 03              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 057             Appropriates $3,077,415 from the General Revenue 
                         Fund and $3,922,585 from the Medical Care Trust Fund 
Spec App:  193           to the Agency for Health Care Administration to 
                         reflect a 50 cent dispensing fee reduction in lieu 
                         of a $1.00 dispensing fee reduction.  Reduces 
                         $3,077,415 from the General Revenue Fund and 
                         $3,922,585 from the Medical Care Trust Fund in the 
                         Hospital Inpatient Services appropriation category 
                         within the Agency for Health Care Administration.

Funds   in   Specific   Appropriation   193,   reflect  a  reduction  of
$6,154,830 from the General Revenue Fund and $7,845,170 from the Medical
Care Trust Fund as a result of reducing the pharmacy dispensing fee from
$3.73 to $2.73, effective July 1, 2011.
