Following Specific Appropriation 1648A, INSERT:

From the funds in Specific Appropriation 1648A, $100,000 shall be used 
by the Department of Environmental Protection in consultation with the 
South Florida Water Management District, USDA, IFAS and providers of 
natural biological nutrient removal systems to identify toxins in the 
Taylor Creek watershed that prevent performance of natural biological 
nutrient removal systems.  A written report shall be provided to the 
South Florida Water Management District by June 30, 2012.  The report 
shall contain the results of the study and identify what toxins were 
found in the watershed and what effect they have on the performance of 
natural biological nutrient removal systems.
