NET IMPACT ON: Total Funds General Revenue Trust Funds Recurring - 0 0 0 Non-Recurring - 0 0 0 ______________________________________________________________________________________ Positions & Amount Positions & Amount DELETE INSERT AGENCY FOR HEALTH CARE ADMINISTRATION Program: Health Care Services Medicaid Services To Individuals 68501400 In Section 03 On Page 057 193 Special Categories 102681 Prescribed Medicine/Drugs IOEE DELETE the proviso immediately following Specific Appropriation 193: From the funds in Specific Appropriation 193, the agency shall issue an invitation to negotiate with a pharmacy or pharmacies to provide mail order delivery services at no cost to the patients who elect to receive their drugs in this manner for patients with chronic disease states including but not limited to congestive heart failure, diabetes, HIV/AIDS, patients suffering from end stage renal disease or cancer in order to assist Medicaid patients in securing prescriptions and to reduce program costs. The agency shall select patients appropriate for this mail order project and shall limit the number of participants to 20,000 patients statewide.
