    3         Between lines 1377 and 1378
    4  insert:
    5  Section 47. The sum of $744,000 in nonrecurring funds is
    6  appropriated to the Department of Agriculture and Consumer
    7  Services from the Florida Forever Trust Fund for the 2011-2012
    8  fiscal year in the Fixed Capital Outlay-Agency Managed-Land
    9  Management appropriation category pursuant to s. 259.105(3)(f),
   10  Florida Statutes.
