       The Committee on Communications, Energy, and Public Utilities
       (Benacquisto) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 203
    4  and insert:
    5  2010 calendar year. All cost recovery sought under this section
    6  shall be limited to no greater than a 2 percent increase to the
    7  average monthly bill for each of the utility’s ratepayers.
