    5  and insert:
    6  When an elector presents his or her picture identification to
    7  the clerk or inspector and the elector’s address on the picture
    8  identification matches the elector’s address in the supervisor’s
    9  records, the elector may not be asked to provide additional
   10  information or to recite his or her home address. If the picture
