       Senator Latvala moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 385
    4  and insert:
    5  121.071 and part III of this chapter. Notwithstanding any other
    6  provision of law, the amount of employee retirement
    7  contributions for any member of the Regular Class or Special
    8  Risk Class may not exceed 2 percent of such member’s annual
    9  state compensation and the amount of employee retirement
   10  contributions for any member of the Senior Management Service
   11  Class or Elected Officers’ Class may not exceed 4 percent of
   12  such member’s annual state compensation.
